I now waive, release, and hold harmless, Island Diva Mas and their agent's assigns and representatives, from any liability arising from my participation in Miami Carnival J'ouvert and agree that I am participating at my own risk. 

Furthermore, I understand and agree that any alcohol I may consume during my participation at  Miami Carnival J'ouvert is at my own risk and I am encouraged to drink responsibly. I understand that I am responsible for the payments of my selected costume as laid out in this registration form, and I fully understand the terms and conditions. By making this payment, I acknowledge and agree to this waiver. 

Nothing shall limit the right of Island Diva Mas and its third-party affiliates to photograph, record, film, videotape, and broadcast and transmit via the Internet the performance of all registered individuals at any event produced by Island Diva Mas or to include them in the marketing and promotion of such via flyers, brochures, and other printed materials.
